Crown Industries B.S.C (c) is the pioneer re-cycling operation in Bahrain. We are the only Company in Bahrain with the full capability to re-cycle plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal, obsolete machinery, electrical and telecommunications cable and equipment. All out products are re-cycled, processed and exported to different parts of the world. Our main export markets are India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, China, Taiwan, UAE, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore etc. We export on an average of 200 containers per month.

We maintain our own fully comprehensive range of transport vehicles, plants and machinery allowing us to handle materials quickly and efficiently using our specially trained and highly experienced staff around 120. Through our fully range of activities we are contributing positively to the Government’s environmental programmes.

Our Company is 100% owned by Bahraini shareholders. We have currently invested BD100,000 in two new factory units for re-cycling aluminium and the non-ferrous metals. This brings our total sites and factories to five locations giving the Company plenty of space with which to handle any volume of materials.

It is our intention to be the Number One recycling company in the Middle East, holding a substantial market leadership in processing of metals and plastics in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Recycling offers a valuable source of raw materials and provides a useful opportunity to save energy in the production of metals and plastics. Crown Industries B.S.C.(c) employs world-class quality management systems, standards and processing techniques which have enabled us to achieve significant leadership of recycling in the Bahrain market. Looking to the future it is our intention to build on that leadership by finding ways to improve public and corporate awareness about the benefits of recycling and how recycling plays a vital role in a vibrant economy whilst at the same time dramatically changing our environment for the better.
